Look out for a red door knocker. An Elite team member will place one on your door at least 48 hours in advance to our arrival.
This is our way of notifying you that work will soon begin at your residence. Please ensure you have adequate time to prepare according to the guidelines.
Please note: You will receive more details regarding the repaint project closer to the start date of 9/15/25.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY DURING PRODUCTION
Clear personal items
Remove all personal items from balcony or front area of your home before production begins.
Home access not required
Our crew will not require access to the inside of your home during the repaint process.
Keep windows closed
Ladders will be in use, so it is important to keep your windows and blinds closed for the duration of production.

Elite Construction and Painting will not be held responsible for damage to personal belongings or replacement of missing items. Please be aware that our crew will not require access to the inside of your home for this portion of production. Attention Residents: Elite Construction and Painting is planning to start the repaint process on your building on 12/5 with a power wash and paint application to start on 12/8. An Updated schedule will be posted here. Your community manager and Homeowners Association will provide you with more information prior to our start. Production to last approximately until the week of 12/8-12/16. Please check back here closer to the start date for any pertinent information regarding your unit.


Roof drain clean-outs will begin on December 29. Please watch for a door knocker notification at least 48 hours before our arrival.
Please note the drain clean out is scheduled from 7am-3pm. Our team will be moving in alphabetical order throughout the community.

ROOF DRAIN INSPECTION: The following items shall be included in the Roof Drain Inspection Scope of Work to be performed by Contractor.
  1. Remove existing roof drain screen cover.
  1. Inspect roof drain assembly.
  1. Insert pipe inspection camera to inspect the initial 4’ to 6’ of pipe and drain connections.
  1. Insert water hose and run water through drainpipe to ensure pipe is unclogged and water is free flowing.
  1. Reinstall drain cover screen.
Important Reminders:
• Our crew will not require access to the inside of your home.
• Ladders will be in use, so it is important to keep your windows and blinds closed for the duration of production.
• Please ensure animals and children are indoors during the allotted time of production for your lot.
Although we do not expect any water intrusion during the inspection, if you notice any water leaking into your home, please inform the crew immediately.

Garage Doors/Driveways

We will notify you in advance of any scheduled repairs that require access to your driveway. To help our crew complete the work efficiently and without interruption, we kindly ask that you park your vehicle in a location that does not require driveway access during these times. Our goal is to complete the repairs promptly while minimizing any impact on your daily routine. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Windows and Blinds Please be aware that our crew will not require access to the inside of your home. Ladders will be in use, so it is important to keep your windows and blinds closed for the duration of production. As a friendly reminder
Construction sites can get messy, so please be aware of your surroundings during our production hours. While we strive to maintain a clean work environment, debris is inevitable. Rest assured, our crew will clean up the work area by the end of each working day to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
Dumpster and Storage
While on the premises, Elite is permitted to use a specified area for dumpsters and storage containers. We ask that you do not dispose of personal items in our dumpster. Unauthorized disposal may incur a fine of $600 payable to the HOA.
